A huge thank you to everyone in the community who proposed a talk.
Now you can relax a bit, look through the list of proposals, and give your opinion. Just log in, click on a submission title to go to the page, and choose from 1 to 5 stars.
Voting will be open through February 15.
The Call for Papers closes on February 8th! Be sure to get you abstract in as soon as possible to ensure your presentation proposal is considered. Space is limited and demand is high so feel free to put in more than one submission to increase your chances of getting approved. You can find out more about the tracks and topics here.

Cesium is thrilled to once again help sponsor FOSS4G North America! FOSS4G celebrates free and open source software for geospatial and the community responsible for the advancements and adoption of this software.
This year, the Cesium team is especially excited to see talks and workshops exploring the latest in 3D mapping and visualization. Of the many 3D related topics out there, we're particularly excited to see presentations on 3D geospatial data fusion, including point clouds and BIM models. Another topic we’d love to see explored more in the geospatial community is underground and underwater applications.
Presenting is fun and rewarding, so if you want to help set the course of the industry, consider taking a few minutes to submit a proposal. Learn more on the CFP page. We hope to see you this year in St. Louis!
Good news for potential workshop organizers! The submission deadline has been extended to February 8 (the same day as the final deadline for all talks).
Remember, up to two workshop organizers get a free pass to the conference. We know a workshop takes a lot of effort, and we appreciate it. Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to offer this.
Vibrant, energetic and friendly; those are all reason why the FOSS4G NA Team chose St Louis, Mo as the location for the 2018 conference and Community Day. In addition to hearing the top developers and business leaders in the geospatial industry share their work and ideas, the planning committee is working with local businesses and attractions to make sure attendees get to see the best St. Louis has to offer. We will be announcing the social event schedule soon. Until then, see why Platinum sponsor Boundless moved its corporate HQ from NYC to St. Louis. READ MORE HERE!
